Three years ago

I still remember that exact moment. A friend of my parents who worked in Ateneo said that she saw a Lastimosa in the list of passers at the Blue Eagle Gym, but she didn’t get a closer look so she couldn’t confirm if it was me. I pretended not to care. I was so set on failing, and I didn’t even want to go to Ateneo.

I was curious, though. I spent quite a few minutes trying to get the results from the website. After refreshing the site over and over again, I saw this. I literally froze. It really felt like the world stopped turning for a few seconds.

At the time, I really didn’t want to go to this school. My parents weren’t having that, though. They wouldn’t let me pass that opportunity up, and I’m glad they did that. In all honesty, I can’t imagine myself anywhere else now. Best three years of my life so far. :)
